Gwinnett Pizza Restaurant Fails Health Inspection
An employee was seen handling food with bare hands, among other problems.

NORCROSS, GA — A popular pizza buffet chain restaurant in Norcross failed its health inspection on Tuesday, scoring a 65/U.
Cici's Pizza, at 6050 Peachtree Pkwy., had scored first a 76/C, then a 90/A on its most recent inspections in February.
The primary problem listed on the inspection report was an employee being seen handling cooked spinach with bare hands. The spinach was thrown away and the employee was corrected on site.

Sauce that had been sitting for more than two hours was below the recommended temperature of 135 degrees, pizzas were not being marked with the time they were made, employees were seen wearing jewelry including a watch and a FitBit and the kitchen's back door was not self-closing.
Because it received a failing grade, there will be a re-inspection, likely within the next 10 days. If problems have not been fixed by then, the restaurant could have its license suspended until health officials are satisfied.
