Murder Suspect Arrested In Fatal Norcross Gas Station Shooting
Police say a Norcross man is facing malice murder and felony murder charges in connection with a deadly Jimmy Carter Boulevard shooting.

NORCROSS, GA β A 31-year-old man is facing murder charges in connection with a gas station shooting that killed another man in the 4100 block of Jimmy Carter Boulevard, Gwinnett County Police said Thursday.
Police said Donte Dieal Newcomb-Donnelly of Norcross was arrested in connection with the shooting that killed Anthony Bernard Miles, 41, on Friday. Jail records show he was arrested Wednesday.
Miles was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the gas station's parking lot, police said. He later died at a local hospital, police said.

A motive for the shooting is unknown.
Newcomb-Donnelly was charged on suspicion of malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain crimes, police said. He is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail without bond, police said.
