Naked Man Found Wandering Near Apartment Complex

A Gwinnett County Police officer found a man completely naked near an apartment complex in unincorporated Norcross earlier this month.

According to the police report, the officer was doing an area check on foot at 10:10 a.m. one day last week at Sinclair Apartments, located at 3600 Park Colony Dr. While walking one of the trails behind an apartment building, he noticed a man walking around with no clothes on.

The officer identified himself, but instead of acting shocked to be found naked, the man simply started pouring water over his head from a cup he found on the ground.

The officer advised the man to put his clothes on. After many attempts, the temporary nudist was able to put on a pair of jeans he found on the ground.

The man had a strong odor of alcohol, his eyes were bloodshot, and his speech was slurred, according to the officer's report. He also couldn't walk without the help of other officers.

He was arrested on charges of public indecency and public intoxication.
