Police Seek Help In Norcross Stabbing

Police have released footage of a person of interest in last month's stabbing outside a Norcross restaurant.

Officials say the stabbing happened Nov. 17, during an argument that started inside Cafe Dominican on Jimmy Carter Boulevard and spilled into the restaurant's parking lot.

NORCROSS, GA - Gwinnett County police are asking for help from the public in identifying a man thought to be involved in a stabbing last month at a Norcross restaurant.

Officials say the stabbing happened Nov. 17, during an argument that started inside Cafe Dominican on Jimmy Carter Boulevard and spilled into the restaurant's parking lot.

Police say Kevin Montenegro-Bello was inside the restaurant with his family when they were approached by a group of men. There was an argument that continued outside

It was in the parking lot that police say the fight turned violent. At some point, Montenegro-Bello was stabbed and sent to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries

On Monday, detectives shared surveillance footage from the restaurant of a man believed to have been involved in the fight and stabbing.
