Police Seek ID Of One Burglary Suspect, Location Of 2
Gwinnett County Police need the public's help to find two men, they say, burglarized a Gwinnett restaurant.
NORCROSS, GA β One suspect in a recent restaurant burglary case has been identified and police are trying to determine the identification of another, while both remain at-large.
Brice Hayes, 33, of Lilburn, has two warrants for his arrest, burglary and possession of tools for the commission of a crime, according to police. Hayes' whereabouts are unknown.
According to police, Hayes and another man were caught on camera burglarizing the I Luv Pho restaurant at 4650 Jimmy Carter Boulevard in unincorporated Norcross, Jan. 6.

The detective is still seeking tips to identify the second may. He is described as possibly in his late teens / early twenties. During the crime he wore black pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, black athletic shoes, black gloves, a white surgical mask and a headlamp.

Shortly after 5 a.m., police say, a man smashed the glass on the front door. For the next two hours, he is seen on surveillance camera crawling around inside the business. He eventually steals a safe. After the theft, he met with another man. Together, police say, they loaded the safe into the passenger area of a red sedan and drove away.
Police believe the vehicle used as a maroon Toyota Yaris with Washington state license plate number ALA0652. Brice and/or Suspect #1 may still be in possession of this vehicle.
Those who know where Brice could be located are encouraged to call their local law enforcement agency or Crime Stoppers.
