TCC opening new store in Norcross, donating thousands to charity

NORCROSS, Ga. (Aug. 17, 2018) – Round Room LLC, the nation’s largest Verizon Authorized Wireless Retailer, announces today the opening of its new TCC store in Norcross, located at 5485 Jimmy Carter Blvd.

In celebration of TCC’s grand opening, the company has selected three local nonprofits to receive monetary donations from the company based on community votes. The three selected nonprofits are:

• Autism Speaks
• Barktown Dog Rescue & Sanctuary
• Junior Achievement of Georgia

The organization with the most votes will receive $2,000, and the two remaining nonprofits will receive $500 each.

To vote, members of the local community can visit www.TCCRocks.com, and click on their local Grand Opening page under the ‘TCC Difference’ tab to select the nonprofit they want to receive $2,000. Voting ends on Sunday, Sept. 2 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

On Sept. 13 at 11 a.m., the winning nonprofit will be announced and presented with a check donation during the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Norcross TCC store. All community members are invited to attend and enjoy exclusive special offers.

Earlier this year, the company donated more than 187,000 backpacks with school supplies at TCC and Wireless Zone stores across the country, supply packs to more than 5,000 teachers across the country and 3,000 care kits to senior living communities. In 2017, the company donated 172,000 backpacks with school supplies to children; 3,000 care kits to senior living communities; and supply packs to more than 5,600 teachers and 2,500 veterans across the U.S.
