Wild West Carnival, Movie Night to Benefit Norcross Relay for Life

The high school is hosting an event Friday with carnival games, food and music, in addition to a viewing of the movie "Rango."

Norcross High is hosting a Wild West Carnival and Movie Night this Friday to benefit Norcross Relay for Life.

The event, which is open to students and their families, will be filled with carnival games, food and music. Attendees will have access to booths with games and activities including a moonbounce, an obstacle course, face painting and a dunk tank.

Once nightfall hits, guests will have the chance to watch the Wild West movie "Rango" on the school's practice field. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome, and while no coolers are allowed, food trucks will be available.

Movie tickets are $5 and can be purchased at the door. Carnival admission is free, with varying prices for booth activities. All proceeds will be donated to the school's Relay for Life team and the American Cancer Society.

The Wild West Carnival and Movie Night begins at 6 p.m. Friday, April 5, at Norcross High School, located at 5300 Spalding Dr. For more information, contact Relay for Life Co-Chair Doug Maloney at doug_maloney@gwinnett.k12.ga.us.
