3 Suspected Pimps Among Arrested in Prostitution Sting: News Nearby
Dunwoody Police, with assistance from Gwinnett PD and the FBI, conducted the sting at a local hotel.

Police in Dunwoody, with the assistance of Gwinnett County PD and the FBI, arrested several suspects during an undercover prostitution sting last week.
Dunwoody PD said in a news release the operation was conducted Sept. 3 at a cooperating hotel within the city limits.
Local police worked in conjunction with the Gwinnett Police Department Vice Unit and FBI Metro Atlanta Child Exploitation (MATCH) Task Force and made the following arrests (names of suspects were not released):

- 3 were arrested for pimping
- 7 were arrested for prostitution
- 1 was arrested for escorting without a permit
“Our goal of the operation was to rescue any victims of human trafficking and reduce crime as it relates to prostitution,” Dunwoody Police said in the news release. “This operation would not have been possible without the close working relationship the Dunwoody Police Department has with the business and hotel community.”
