I-85 Lane Closures Scheduled at Spaghetti Junction

Weather permitting, Georgia DOT contractors will begin concrete slab repairs on the I-85 northbound ramp to I-285 westbound this week, affecting the main traffic artery in and out of Gwinnett County.

The work will take place from Wednesday, Nov. 11 until Monday, Nov. 16. The lane closures will remain in place from Saturday, Nov. 14 until Monday, Nov. 16 to allow concrete to cure. Motorists who travel in the area are advised to slow down and proceed with caution through this area because workers and heavy equipment will be in close proximity to the roadway.

When:

10 p.m., Wednesday, November 11 until 5 a.m., Thursday, November 12

10 p.m., Thursday, November 12 until 5 a.m., Friday, November 13

10 p.m., Saturday, November 14 until 5 a.m., Monday, November 16

Where:

One right lane will close on the I-85 northbound ramp to I-285 westbound.
