Jones Bridge Park Renovations Include New Sidewalk, Stairs

Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation celebrated the completion of renovations to Jones Bridge Park with a ribbon cutting last week.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA – Gwinnett County Parks and Recreation celebrated the completion of renovations to Jones Bridge Park with a ribbon cutting last week. The renovations included a new 840-square- foot restroom building and 860-square- foot pavilion near the playground.

District 2 Commissioner Lynette Howard said Jones Bridge Park is the heartbeat of the Peachtree Corners community, offering fishing, hiking, soccer fields, a community room and now a new pavilion.

“Jones Bridge Park does what public spaces are supposed to do,” Howard said. “It brings people of all ages together, accommodates a multitude of interests and events and provides opportunities for exercise, relaxation and entertainment. But most of all, it brings together people of all ages and cultures to build a stronger community.”
