Peachtree Corners City Council Meeting

The Peachtree Corners City Council will meet on Tuesday, July 2, 2013 at 7 p.m. All meetings are held at City Hall unless noted.

Update on community Development Planning Issues 

Council to hear second read on a Shell station owner's request to allow check cashing, money orders and similar services at his 6405 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard location.

Council to hear a second read on an ordinance to amend zoning on a .7 acre parcel from C-2 to M-1 to accomodate a climate controlled self-storage facility at 4779 Peachtree Corners Circle.

Council to hear a second read on an ordinance to rezone the 20.6 acre parcel of land across from The Forum from RM and RM-13 (apartments) to M.U.D. (Mixed Use Development).

There will be a Public Hearing on the presentation of the 2013 millage rate.

One action item: RFP discussion and approval of a vendor for residential sanitation services.
