Pinckneyville Middle School Celebrates Arbor Day

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — Peachtree Corners is partnering with Pinckneyville Middle School to celebrate Arbor Day. Students and residents will plant trees and learn proper tree pruning techniques at Pinckneyville Middle School. The event will be hosted by the city's Green Committee April 27, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

The city will also recognize the 2018 Heritage Tree. A different tree is selected each year based on its exceptional size, form and rarity. The public is welcome to attend the event and take home a little "Arbor" in the form of an Oak or Maple tree seedling.

Pinckneyville Middle School is located at 5440 W. Jones Bridge Road Peachtree Corners.
