Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is working with school officials and police to address gun theft, according to a report.
FULTON COUNTY, GA – Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has plans to address crime in Fulton County Schools, reported Appen Media.
Willis met with community leaders this month to share that school officials and police are on board to help address gangs, human trafficking and gun theft, according to the news outlet. On March 3, at the Fulton County government office, she asked community leaders to help collaborate with her office.
Willis and Fulton County Schools Superintendent Mike Looney will work collaboratively to bring a class next school year that would target at-risk middle and high school students, reported Appen Media. Willis told the news publication that currently, car break-ins and guns are the biggest issues schools face.
