• Roswell, Atlantic Cos. Agree on Land Swap, Mixed-Use Project on Way (connectcre.com) — Roswell has finalized a land swap with The Atlantic Cos. to move forward on the Hillrose Market mixed-use redevelopment. The project will reuse the former Roswell Police Department site and add luxury apartments, townhomes, offices, and a 75,000-square-foot retail village, with construction expected to start next year.
   

• Roswell advances roster for 2026 road resurfacing (appenmedia.com) — Major resurfacing is coming to Old Roswell Road and other key streets in 2026, backed by $3.1 million in city funds plus a state grant. City leaders also advanced a new trail connection near Sweet Apple Elementary, future Cox Road roundabouts, and the first update to Roswell’s alcohol wholesaler fees since 2009, all to be finalized by the incoming mayor and council.
