You'll get a chance to meet one of Roswell's furriest and one of Roswell's finest.

ROSWELL, GA — Everyone is invited to come meet Roswell's newest K9 and his handler. Alf, alongside his human Officer John Hix, will be at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center Monday, Feb. 11.
Between 4:30 and 6:30 p.m. Monday, Roswell's furriest will help police teach the community about how K9s help keep the community safe.

Alf is an 18-month-old German Shepherd "who loves to work and locate Explosive Ordnances," police said in their event page. Alf has been with the department since November and was recently certified in explosive detection.
