- A fire has destroyed a popular sports bar in Atlanta, and investigators are trying to find out why. Buckhead Saloon went up in flames early Monday morning, leaving the location completely burned out and with a collapsed roof. Firefighters in the area were still working to put out hot spots on Monday afternoon. No injuries have been reported at this time. (FOX 5 Atlanta)
- The next meeting of the Decatur City Commission will focus on rezoning throughout the district, which could impact Sandy Springs and the surrounding areas. According to officials, the difference between the school districts and the city population is enough to require redistricting. - Police are looking for more information on a man responsible for a carjacking near the 200 block of North Arcadia Avenue. The victim and her daughter were in an apartment complex parking lot when the attack took place. The suspect pointed a gun at the two and demanded their car.
