Riverwood Student Wins Best in Show at Art Competition
The juried competition evaluated over 750 entries from HS students across 12 regional Atlanta counties & selected just over 100 to display.

From Riverwood International Charter School: Riverwood International Charter School junior Clara Bensimon was awarded Best in Show for her drawing, “Elephant,” at the 2017 Atlanta High School Art Exhibition. The juried competition evaluated over 750 entries from high school students across 12 regional Atlanta counties and selected just over 100 to display at this year’s Atlanta Dogwood Festival. As a result of her Best in Show award, Ms. Bensimon received a number of art scholarships.

In addition to Bensimon’s award winning piece, five other Riverwood students had original works selected for display during the April 2017 festival in Piedmont Park. Congratulations to:
