Sandy Springs Man Jailed on Drug Charges After Driving Into Flowerbed
James Tyler Vickeron, 24, who resides on Roswell Road, was arrested and charged by Milton Police with DUI-Drugs, possession of heroin and failure to maintain lane.

A Sandy Springs man was arrested on drug charges after driving into a Milton homeowner's flowerbed, last Friday morning.
A neighbor said she saw the suspect, James Tyler Vickeron, get into a car four houses down and drive down the road. She turned her back and then heard a crash. Turning back around, she saw the car had wrecked in the flowerbed. She went to the wreck scene to see if the driver was hurt. When she got there, she told Milton police she saw a syringe in the driver's hand while he was still inside the car. The man tried to flee by driving away from the scene, but his car was stuck on a rock.

A jogger who spotted the wreck came up to the driver's window and he also said he saw a syringe in the man's hand.
When the Milton officer arrived, Vickeron was sitting on the driveway and Milton firefighters were on scene to treat any injuries. The firefighters told the officer the suspect said he uses heroin.

The officer reported that Vickeron said he used heroin the day before, drank beer and took Suboxone. He also said there was heroin in the car.
Vickeron, 24, who resides on Roswell Road, was arrested and charged with DUI-Drugs, possession of heroin and failure to maintain lane.
