Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), a leading general contractor specializing in the build-to-rent (BTR) sector, has completed the framing of 162 townhomes in 10 months at Arbor View, a rental townhome development located just outside Savannah in Port Wentworth. The project has achieved several key milestones since breaking ground on February 1, 2024, including starting vertical construction in August 2024.

The clubhouse and model homes are now complete, offering future residents a firsthand look at the lifestyle this modern rental community provides. Twenty-six homes have received Certificates of Occupancy and been turned over to the developer, The Meridian Group, with a handful of leases already signed as leasing activity gains traction.
