  1. The schedule of events and parade route for Savannah’s St. Patrick’s Day parade is now live. The city hosts one of the largest parades in the country, bringing in thousands of people annually to enjoy the festivities. The parade will start Mar. 17 at 10:15 a.m. at Abercorn and Gwinnett.   2. The Savannah Jewish Cultural Arts Festival will run for the month of March. Hosted by the Savannah Jewish Federation (SJF), community members can attend film screenings, comedy shows, book talks, workshops, cooking classes, and more. A "Film for Thought" screening will happen Thursdays at 12:30 p.m., and Sundays are reserved for activities co-sponsored with a local community group.   3. A new senior care facility has opened in Savannah. Dedicated Senior Medical Center recently opened in the Hostess City and offers medical care along with personalized treatment plans and an offering of social activities for those interested.
