Meet a local realtor who knows the numbers — backwards and forwards.
Imagine you had a realtor who could help you really understand the economics behind the biggest financial decision of your life.
That realtor would probably have an MBA in Finance, and years of experience working for large corporations that apply financial rigor to every decision. Ideally, she’d also have expertise in negotiating big, high-stakes contracts — to help you get to a successful close.

Here are the top three stories in and around Smyrna-Vinings today:
- Cobb County and the Atlanta metro area are under an orange air quality alert beginning today, Friday, Jun. 9. According to the National Weather Service, "Under Code Orange conditions, the outdoor air quality is likely to be unhealthy for some people. Children, people who are sensitive to ozone, and people with heart or lung disease should limit prolonged outdoor exertion during the late afternoon or early evening when ozone concentrations are highest." An exceptional early wildfire season in Canada, combined with prevailing weather and wind systems along the eastern seaboard, is sending wildfire smoke south across the eastern United States and down into Georgia. It's unclear how long the smoke will linger, and national, state, and local environmental agencies are advising caution heading into the weekend. (11Alive.com WXIA)
- Juneteenth events in Cobb County this year include a walking tour of the Marietta City Cemetery, organized by the Marietta History Center and led by History Center Director Amy Reed. The tour will take place on Monday, Jun. 19 at 6:00 p.m. and will feature African Americans "who became leaders in our black community fighting for equality and civil rights." According to the History Center and the Cobb County NAACP, the walking tour will be a rain-or-shine event and will include walking on gravel and uneven pathways, so anyone interested is advised to dress and prepare accordingly. (East Cobb News)
- New Smyrna City Councilwoman Kathy Young, who was unanimously approved to take over the Ward 7 council seat made recently vacant after the resignation of Lewis Wheaton, has begun making her mark on local politics. Some of the issues brought before Young and other council members included the upcoming fiscal year's budget, the design for the Fanny Williams memorial, and council pledges towards LGBTQ and racial equality.
