Are You Ready? New Bonefish Grill at Aker's Mill Opening Soon

Restaurant pledges 50 percent of first day proceeds to United Way of Greater Atlanta.

SMYRNA, GA - The Cumberland corridor is finally getting a market-fresh fish restaurant.

Bonefish Grill says it will open its doors on on Monday, Feb. 6.

The new restaurant will be located in the Akers Mill Square shopping center at 2997 Cobb Pkwy SE in Atlanta. It will feature wood-grilled cuisine and cocktails.

The restaurant is inviting the public to come out not only to partake in its fresh fish menu, but to contribute to a good cause: On opening day, the eatery will donate 50 percent of its sales, up to $50,000, to the United Way of Greater Atlanta.

"We look forward to serving the growing Cobb County community and inviting our new neighbors to come in to sip and savor the winter season at Bonefish Grill,” Managing Partner Chad Caldwell said in a news release. “Our hospitality goes far beyond our restaurant’s front doors and into the neighborhoods we serve and we’re thrilled to be partnering with the United Way of Greater Atlanta to help make a difference.”

Bonefish Grill's Akers Mill location will be the eatery's fourth in metro Atlanta. The company currently operates in Snellville, Buford and Alpharetta.
