The fast-casual menu features chicken that is antibiotic- and hormone-free from Springer Mountain Farms, so you KNOW it's fresh. Taft said that the eatery harkens back to his childhood and the good eating that accompanied it.

“Some of my favorite childhood memories revolve around the fried chicken meals at my grandmother’s house,” Taft said in a statement. “Our goal is to be a beloved family destination with the best locally sourced poultry at a great value.”
