SMYRNA, GA -- Residential activity at The Battery development adjacent to SunTrust Park is heating up as Opening Day approaches. The three apartment complexes that comprise the development, officially known as "Home at The Battery Atlanta," will open beginning in May, Patch has learned.

The tiered community is leasing for dwellings in its Residences, Parkside and Flats apartments, with prices going from $1,225 to $4,305.

“Leasing momentum for Home at The Battery Atlanta has been very strong,” Steven Shores, president and co-founder of Pollack Shores, said in a news release. “Our residents are thrilled with the opportunity to be steps away from the new home of the Atlanta Braves, tailgate from their own patios and immerse themselves in the dining, shopping and entertainment experiences unique to The Battery Atlanta.”

SunTrust Park's inaugural season begins April 14 when the Braves play the San Diego Padres.
