Meet a local realtor who knows the numbers — backwards and forwards.
Imagine you had a realtor who could help you really understand the economics behind the biggest financial decision of your life.
That realtor would probably have an MBA in Finance, and years of experience working for large corporations that apply financial rigor to every decision. Ideally, she’d also have expertise in negotiating big, high-stakes contracts — to help you get to a successful close.

Here are the top three stories in Smyrna-Vinings today:
- The City of Smyrna celebrated the graduating Smyrna Citizens Academy Class of 2023. Participants completed nine educational sessions and had the opportunity to explore various departments across the city, gaining insights into behind-the-scenes operations. Those who wish to stay informed about future Citizen Academy applications are encouraged to subscribe to the City Administrator E-Newsletter, delivered quarterly. - If you're planning to travel outside the Atlanta metro during the week of Memorial Day (May 25-30), AAA suggests leaving early and avoiding the eastbound route from Atlanta to Augusta on Interstate 20. This year's Memorial Day travel is expected to be the third busiest in a decade, with around 42.3 million Americans hitting the road. Due to lower gas prices, long delays are expected — especially in major cities where regular commuters mix with holiday travelers —according to transportation analyst Bob Pishue. (Patch)
- Have you made it out to this season's Food Truck Tuesdays at Taylor-Brawner Park? The event series, which returned earlier this month, continues every Tuesday through Sep. 26 (with the exception of Jul. 4 and Sep. 5) from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Guests can enjoy gourmet food trucks, live music, and the vibrance of the Smyrna community.
