  1. The Smyrna Crafts and Drafts Festival will be on Oct. 29 and Oct. 30 at Smyrna Village Green. The festival will offer participants a full selection of draft beers and craft booths. There will also be family-friendly activities available. The festival will be from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and from noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. (Access Atlanta)
  2. The Cobb County Public Library will be offering a series of Digital Literacy Workshops between Sep. 26 and Dec. 12.   3. Smyrna's Cameron S. Suell, 33, died on Sunday during a fatal single-vehicle crash in Cleburne County. The announcement was made by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency. His 2018 Chevrolet Impala struck a tree along Interstate 20 near the 195-mile marker. He was pronounced dead at the scene. (TrussvilleTribune.com)
