Smyrna Police Looking For Suspect Wanted In Double Homicide
Ronald Green and Clifton "Casey" Emmert - both from Marietta - were shot and killed in an ambush-style attack recently, police said.

SMYRNA, GA—The Smyrna Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in helping to identify a man wanted in connection with a recent double homicide.
According to police, on July 16 at 5:46 p.m. at the Cumberland Marketplace Shopping Center, Ronald Green and Clifton "Casey" Emmert - both from Marietta - were shot and killed in an ambush-style attack.
Police said the suspect was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black fitted jeans, and red and white sneakers. His race is unknown.

He fled in a dark grey, newer model Toyota Camry with a "tag applied for" license plate, police said.
Anyone with information about this case or can help identifying the suspect is asked to call the Smyrna Police Department at 770-434-6666 or CrimeStoppers at 404-577-8477. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward for information that leads to the arrest and conviction.
