(D) Award RFQ 12-037 to The Floor Store GA, Inc. for $37,075.50, for new carpet tile at the Community
Center, including removal/disposal of old carpet and install of new carpet in Banquet-Community Rooms and Hallways on main and upper floors, and authorize Mayor to sign documents related to this service
(E) Approval of bid award to Dominica Recreation Products (Distributor for GameTime Equipment) to
