A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Vinings man who allegedly test drove a $39,000 Mercedes Benz and never returned it to a Cobb Parkway dealership.
About 10 a.m. Feb. 28, Cornlithanl Deon Durham went to Amazing Luxury Cars, 468 Cobb Pkwy. South, Marietta.
According to the warrant, he allegedly test drove a black 2007 Mercedes Benz S550 valued at $39,061.86 "and did not reutrn with the vehicle."
Though the incident occurred in February, the warrant was not issued until Monday.
Durham is wanted on a charge of theft by taking.
