- The last concert in the Woodstock Summer Concert Series is on Sept. 9, when the Amphitheater stage will host none other than Drivin n Cryin. The opener is Angie Lynn Carter, and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. For anyone that hasn't attended a concert downtown, chair placement begins the day before the concert at 6 a.m. You can read more about the event, see the shuttle and parking maps and read through the Frequently Asked Questions section at the link. - Save the date, the annual Touch-A-Truck at Cherokee Veterans Park is coming up on Sept. 16. There will be all sorts of official vehicles, including a firetruck, helicopter, police car and more. The whole family will love the games, music, food and activities, and there's a sensory-friendly time scheduled from 9:30 to 10 a.m. You can read more about the event at the link. - There are two chances next week to audition for upcoming plays at Woodstock Arts. On Sept. 10 at 3 p.m., children in grades 3 through 8 have a chance to audition for "The Spongebob Musical," and those 8 years old and older are welcome to try out for "A Christmas Carol" later in the day, at 6 p.m. Please keep an eye on the official Woodstock Arts website for preparation details, they have not been posted yet. - YPOW AM: Join the Young Professionals of Woodstock for coffee, networking and an informal chat with a local leader at The Circuit, 1 Innovation Way. (7 - 8:30 a.m.)
- Downtown WDSTK Walking Tour - Public Art: Check out the public art around the downtown area, and with the tours departing from and arriving at the Reeves House, you'll also get a chance to see the current exhibit, "LatinX Voices." The tours leave every half-hour from 6-7:30 p.m. (Various Times)
- Jacob Harshman: Enjoy the music tonight while you grab a bite from the Maui Wowie Hot Chicken food truck, 8640 Main St. (7 - 10 p.m.)
- Super Smash Bros. Tournament: A double-elimination tournament with prizes for the top three winners. The entry fee includes access to all arcade, pinball and board games at The Blue Ghost Arcade, 164 Towne Lake Parkway. Registration starts at 7 p.m. (8 - 10:30 p.m.)

- It's Music Bingo night at The Daily Draft! Lights Up! Entertainment runs the on-demand games, and it's a fun twist to an old favorite. The Daily Draft is located at 8594 Main St. (Visit Woodstock)
- If you've got friends or family in town that had to evacuate because of the hurricane, Reformation Brewery has a special just for them. From now through Sunday, the first beer is free at any Reformation Brewery location for evacuees with an out-of-state or South Georgia ID. (Reformation Brewery via Facebook)
- While we're talking about specials, The Blue Ghost Arcade has something for the Dragon Con goers in town. If you show up at the arcade in cosplay, you get $5 off admission. The deal runs from today through Sunday, the arcade is at 164 Towne Lake Parkway. (The Blue Ghost Arcade via Facebook)
- Downtown Woodstock: "Twenty-Five years of lunchtime, acoustic music in the Gazebo in Park at City Center, the Brown Bag Concert Series returns this September! Every Thursday at noon a local musician or musicians will play an hour-long concert for a great way to spend a lunch break. Free to attend." (Downtown Woodstock via Instagram)
