The couple has been permanently banned from all Hawaii Department of Education campuses after an incident tied to a boys basketball game. The case against the wife was downgraded from suspected felony terroristic threatening following review by prosecutors.

Honolulu man to be sentenced in federal cyberstalking case (staradvertiser.com) — A Honolulu man already convicted in a separate terroristic threatening case is expected to plead guilty Monday in federal court to cyberstalking a local woman he falsely portrayed online as a trafficked sex worker. The case details repeated contacts with Honolulu police, the FBI Honolulu Field Office, and Homeland Security, along with disturbing social media posts that led to his continued detention.
