Welcome to the Monday edition of the Boise Daily. We start with a possible change at Eagle Island State Park for your dog. Saturday's abortion rallies resulted in the arrest of two persons and a downtown bar has decided to expand to western Ada County. New homes are out there and available for sale in Boise and take a look back at some restaurants we miss.

- If your summer plans include walking your dog at Eagle Island State Park, take note. KIVI-TV's Steve Dent writes the lone state park currently allowing dogs to run off leash may change that rule. (Idaho News 6 Boise Twin Falls)
- Saturday's abortion rallies on Saturday in downtown Boise resulted in two arrests. KTVB-TV staff report 44-year-old Kristi Jordan of Meridian was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting or obstructing officers. Later in the day, 36-year-old Kimra Luna was arrested and charged with resisting or obstructing officers. (KTVB.com)
- A downtown Boise sports bar is expanding. BoiseDev managing editor Gretchen Parson reports the Taphouse will open a second location in Star off of Highway 16 and State St. in front of the Ridley’s market. The opening is scheduled for September, just in time for the NFL season. (boisedev)

- For the entire week starting Monday, Garden City is sponsoring Spring Cleanup Week. The week will include free junk removal. (8 a.m.)
- Area high school golf teams will compete at the state tournament starting Monday. All the action will take place at the Redhawk Course. (10 a.m.)
- Rolling Hills Public Charter School will hold an afterschool volleyball camp with Coach Harmon on Monday. (1:30 p.m.)
- All graduating seniors at Timberline High School are required to attend a graduation meeting on Monday. (2:15 p.m.)
- The Design Review Committee for Garden City will hold a meeting Monday. (3 p.m.)
