Armed Robbery Suspect Arrested By Boise Police
Boise Police have made an arrest in an armed robbery of a business on March 12.

BOISE, ID — The Boise Police Department announced Friday the arrest of a suspect in an armed robbery from March 12 near W. State Street and N. Horseshoe Bend Road.

Benjamin Mcconkey, 18, of Meridian, has been charged with felony Robbery and felony Use of a Firearm in Commission of a Felony. Detectives from BPD's Violent Crime Unit arrested Mcconkey without incident Friday.

Mcconkey is charged due to an incident on March 12. The suspect pointed a gun at the victim working at a store and demanded money. The victim also struck the victim with another object, causing minor injuries.
