- The Ada County Sheriff's Office has announced a second arrest in connection with a shooting in Kuna last Sunday. Kaleb G. Hill is charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault. (Boise Patch)
- Christmas morning will see a ton of happy faces as bicycles will be under the tree. CBS2 news staff report the Boise Bicycle Project reached the group's goal and will have bicycles for all the children on the list. (idahonews)
- A familiar name to Boise sports enthusiasts is heading for Pocatello. EastIdahoNews reporter Kalama Hines writes Cody Hawkins, a standout at Bishop Kelly High School before playing at the University of Colorado, was named the head football coach for the Idaho State University Bengals. Hawkins is the son of former Boise State University football coach Dan Hawkins and has been spent the past six seasons as an assistant coach at UC Davis. (eastidahonews)
- If you are in the market for a new home, prices in Ada and Canyon Counties are down. BoiseDev editor Don Day reports the median price in Ada County is lower than the same time a year ago and is down 6.5% from a month ago. (boisedev)
- A former Idaho state representative who represented Boise has died from a heart attack. The IdahoCapitalSun's Kelcie Mosely-Morris reports Rep. Hy Kloc passed Tuesday night. Kloc represented Boise from 2013 to 2018 in the Idaho Legislature. (idahocapitalsun)
