1. A suspect accused of stabbing a three-year old to death and injuring eight others has filed a complaint against Ada County claiming repeated searches of the his cell violate his constitutional rights according to a story filed by KTVB-TV.

2. Idaho has some money to spend and Governor Brad Little has signed into law the Building Idaho's Future initiative, authorizing spending of $336 million from the state general fund and $20 million in CARES Act coronavirus aid per the Idaho Press. The surplus money will be spent on one-time water projects, state parks improvements, transportation projects and more.

3. Stemming from a demonastration earlier this month in front of the state capitol, the Idaho State Police says no charges will be filed against those who burned face masks as told to CBS2. Although open flames are a violation of Capitol rules, no citations will be issued to the permit holder or anyone else assisting in the demonstration.
