Today's Boise Briefing offers two stories to help you out on a personal level. If you are still waiting for that tax refund, check out our first story on how to find out your status. You will be the envy of the neighbors if you are the one responsible for the repair of that "one pothole everyone complains of" and we offer how to make that happen. The Ada County Highway District is asking residents to report the location of your not-so-favorite pothole according to a video by KTVB-TV. Go out and find that pothole that is swallowing your vehicle so ACHD can send someone out.

4. Boise drivers have felt the pinch on each trip to the gas pump. Now, according to KIVI-TV, the increase in gas prices is slowing down with the recent increase of three cents the smallest since January.

5. A slower rise in gas prices is good news for all of Boise, but may be felt less by two members of the Boise State Athletic group. Bronco head football coach Andy Avalos will earn a base salary of $1.4 million per year and new athletic director Jeramiah Dickey will earn $410,000 per year according to a story by IdahoNews.
