Here are the top stories in Boise today:

  1. Local high school students gathered on the steps of the Idaho State Capital to speak out against gun violence. KIVI-TV's Steve Dent was present along with approximately 200 students and 100 counter-protestors across the street as March for Our Lives occurred Saturday. The Boise rally was one of more than 500 held across the nation. (Idaho News 6 Boise Twin Falls)
  2. Volunteers from Boise Pride gathered Saturday to replace 35 Pride flags stolen or destroyed earlier in the week. KTVB-TV staff report Boise Police continue to investigate the theft of the flags, but due to a donation to replace the flags and the work of volunteers, each pole on Harrison Boulevard once again has a Pride flag flying. (KTVB.com)
  3. Only one Idaho resident is included in the 31 masked individuals arrested Saturday in Coeur d'Alene as part of a suspected conspiracy to riot group and members of "Patriot Front". The Spokesman Review's Garrett Cabeza and Quinn Welsch were present as a U-Haul was detained by multiple law enforcement agencies and those inside were arrested. The story has made national news as included in the arrests was the national leader of the group, Thomas Rousseau. (spokesman)
  4. To start off the week, Boise Patch offers five new properties in Boise for sale. (Boise Patch)
  5. It has made national news, but CBS2 reporter Mickaela Elich brings the problem of finding baby formula local as a Boise mom speaks of her search to feed her child. A mom for only three months, Kiwi sometimes visits multiple stores in one day in an attempt to find formula. (idahonews)
