Welcome to the Friday edition of the Boise Daily. You only have a few days for that last trip down the slopes of Bogus. The Boise Music Festival announced who is coming, and Idaho's governor disagreed with a bill on his desk. Boise Police are in the clear after a recent shooting, and Comic Con is ready for visitors.

- A special time in Boise will come to a conclusion on Sunday. For a short time each year, Boise is a place where a round of golf and a trip down the slopes can be accomplished in the same day. On Sunday, according to CBS2 news staff, Bogus Basin will call it quits for the winter ski season. We now await the Boise River tubing season. (Idaho News)
- Lady A. LFO. Chris Kirkpatrick. BoiseDev editor Don Day reports the Boise Music Festival announced the 2022 lineup for the upcoming June 25 event. (boisedev.com)
- Idaho Gov. Brad Little vetoed a bill giving his office more authority in picking judges. The IdahoCapitalSun's Kelcie Mosely-Morris writes the co-sponsor of the bill, Rep. Greg Chaney (R-Caldwell), has penned a letter asking the Legislature not override the veto. (idahocapitalsun)
- The city's Office of Police Accountability found that Boise Police officers acted appropriately when they shot a man accused of kidnapping a child through the windshield of his car last year. KTVB's Katie Terhune passes on the report that exonerates the four officers of wrongdoing in the shooting of Mohamud Mkoma after they found him in a vehicle with his forcibly abducted 13-year-old son.
