- If you thought your Thursday morning was a bit chilly, you were correct. CBS2's Nathan Larsen reports Boise set a new low for the day as the temperature plunged to 14 degrees at the Boise Airport. (Idaho News)
- Filing just days before the deadline, a Democrat has filed for superintendent of public instruction. IdahoEdNews and Kevin Richert writes Terry Gilbert — a Boise resident and former Idaho Education Association president — has filed for the post and will face one of three Republicans already in the race.
