Welcome to the Tuesday edition of the Boise Daily. After hours of testimony and studies, a shelter has been denied near State Street. A man with suspected ties to a missing Boise teen is dead after a shooting in Owyhee County, and Weird Al is heading to the capital city. Southern Idaho experienced two fatal fires recently, and for lovers of $1 Tuesday movies, one less place will have their doors open.
