- Boise Police are looking for two suspects after the Walgreens on Fairview Avenue reported a robbery. KTVB-TV staff report the robbery took place on Saturday in the early morning. No injuries were reported. (KTVB.com)
- The City of Boise will pay a former police officer the sum of $400,000 after settling a sexual discrimination suit. CBS2 carries an Associated Press story the city will pay Sierrna Berg after she contended that she was retaliated against and became the target of sexist discrimination and malicious rumors after reporting that a training officer applied a chokehold to another officer in training. - Going back to early childhood memories, Dairy Queen has always held a special place in Boise hearts. In one of the largest changes in 20 years, the fast food giant is introducing stack burgers in Boise restaurants. Taste of Home's Melany Love introduces the Flamethrower, Loaded A.1., Two Cheese, and Original Cheeseburger you can try out. (tasteofhome)
- Boise is once again losing a restaurant as Petite 4 had decided close the end of May. BoiseDev editor Don Day reports the Boise Bench eatery cited a number of factors in making the decision to call it quits. (boisedev)
- Boise's Harrison Boulevard was very pink on Saturday as Flock Cancer took to the street to raise money for non-profits, bring survivors of cancer together and continue the tradition of walking against cancer. KIVI-TV's Steve Dent joined the walk and spoke with participants for the expanding celebration. (kivitv)
