  2. KTVB's Katy Terhune reports a Boise man will face possible life in prison in March after pleading guilty to a beating death in Ann Morrison Park in 2019. Andrew Ray Garcia, 29, admitted to voluntary manslaughter and a persistent violator enhancement in the death of 43-year-old Roque "Rocky" Arellano. (KTVB.com)
  3. Boise students will continue to wear masks. The Boise School District trustees voted Tuesday to keep the mask mandate in place, according to IdahoEdNews reporter Kyle Pfannenstiel. The move came after the Caldwell and West Ada districts repealed theirs last month. (idahoednews)
  4. You may have an exceptional mail carrier and with it being the holidays, you wish to show your thanks your mail ends up in the box instead of the bushes.   5. A late-night fire in Garden City resulted in the death of a family dog and two people injured, according to CBS2 news staff. The mobile home was a total loss. (idahonews)
