Welcome to opening the week with the Boise Daily. A neighborhood was ordered to stay in their homes Sunday while law enforcement dealt with a suspect. Boise's oldest store is about to call it quits and we provide you with the weather for the week. Boise will play host to 20 games of basketball this week and as promised, we provide an update on the Chad Daybell case.

1. A suspect is in custody after a neighborhood near N. Gary Lane and W. Lamplighter street was shut down for a time on Sunday. KTVB-TV staff report the suspect's name has not been released, but the area had been cleared. (KTVB.com)
