Idaho's unemployment rate has hit a new low and a family is planning a vigil for their daughter now missing 27 years. Politicians from Idaho and other states appear to be tiring of masks and a new survey says the state is split on if Idaho is heading the right way.

  1. The family of a Boise man shot and killed on the Boise Bench last week states the act took place due to the man's physical deformities caused by a birth defect. KTVB-TV's Shirah Matsuzawa spoke with the family of Jame "Matt" Cuellar and according to family members, Cuellar was killed as a result of bullying. (KTVB.com)
  2. Idaho's unemployment rate has hit a historic low as reported by CBS2's Ryan Hawes. According to new data released by the Idaho Department of Labor, the current rate is 2.4%. For every unemployed Idahoan, 2.3 jobs are available. (Idaho News)
  3. The family of a Boise woman missing 27 years will hold a vigil marking her disappearance on Monday, the woman's 45th birthday. Krystyn Dunlap was originally listed as a runaway, but Boise Police later determined she is probably deceased. (Boise Patch)
  4. Numerous reports have come out regarding Americans tiring of the pandemic. It now appears even the nation's politicians, including Idaho's, are bypassing masks and social distancing after three years. The Idaho Capital Sun's Sean Scully presents an interesting article on Idaho and other states attempting to move forward even as rates increase. (idahocapitalsun)
  5. BoiseDev editor Don Day has the latest results from the Boise State's School of Public Service survey. According to the survey, Idahoans believe the state is growing too fast, is almost split on if the state is on the right track and 25% say they are having problems paying their bills due to the pandemic.
