Morning, neighbors! It's me again, John Braese, your host of the Boise Daily.

An 18-year-old is dead after a Friday night shooting in Caldwell. Elsewhere in Idaho, a former education superintendent has been stripped of his credentials after his very public relationship with an employee became known. A Boise fire truck maker is expanding and the reward for a missing Fruitland boy continues to rise. Both Boise hospitals have put on hold their employment mandates for vaccinations.
