  1. Former Boise City Councilmember Lisa Sánchez spent campaign funds on candles, a new phone for herself and a trip to the local landfill. BoiseDev publishes a story by Idaho Press reporter Carolyn Komatsoulis after the newspaper filed a public records request for information on a recent investigation into Sánchez's spending.
