Our reader question of the day revolves around our local farmers' markets. On average, how many times a year to you visit and purchase from either of the Boise farmers' markets. Let us know by emailing john.braese@patch.com.
Welcome to a new week and welcome to the Monday edition of the Boise Daily. Take a look at some Hyde Park photos from the weekend and we jump out of Boise for a story about high school hazing. Finally, new townhouses are heading to Garden City.

Here are the top stories in Boise today:
- The pain of a son's suicide has evolved into a weekend of camping, socializing, and off-roading all in the name of suicide awareness. KIVI-TV's Steve Dent joined others in the mountains of Idaho City to hold Casey's Smile. (kivi)
- Since a split 10 years ago, Boise now is home to two outdoor markets with both flourishing. The Idaho Farm Bureau's Sean Ellis looks at the Capital City Public Market and the Boise Farmers Market. - If you were one of the many visiting this past weekend's Hyde Park Street Fair, take a look to see if you are one of many included in CBS2's gallery of photos of the event. If you failed to make it to the north side of Boise, you can view what you missed and make plans to attend next year. (idahonews)
- Followers of the Boise Daily know we attempt to stay with local Boise news, but stories do arrive that are important enough to share. The charges stem from multiple hazing incidents on school grounds and during “school activities.” Grace is a small community near Pocatello, Idaho. (idahoednews)
