The Interfaith Sanctuary appeal hearing is scheduled to be in front of City Council the week of April 18, 2022, pending Council approval. The hearing will be at City Hall in Maryanne Jordan Council Chambers. Limited in person attendance will be allowed. Only parties of record (those who provided written and/or verbal testimony to the Planning & Zoning Commission) can provide verbal testimony at the City Council hearing, which will begin with in person attendees and then virtual attendees. Written comments can no longer be accepted.  Digital visual aids for testimony must be submitted in PDF format to zoninginfo@cityofboise.org by April 11, 2022, by 5:00pm.

The hearing process will start with presentations from staff, the applicant-appellant, and neighborhood associations. After that, there will be Q&A from Council, public testimony from parties of record only, rebuttal, further questions, and finally, deliberations.
