  2. One of the victims of the Boise Towne Square mall shooting will likely be buried in Mexico. The family of 49-year-old Robert Padilla Arguelles, a Rupert resident, has announced a GoFundMe.com account has been set up to return Arguelles to Zacatecas, Mexico. KLIX-AM's Benito Baeza provides the information how to help out the family during this time. (News Radio 1310 KLIX)
  3. With everything going on in Boise over the last week, a school lockdown was the last thing parents wanted to hear. However, according to a press release carried by KBOI-AM, the lockdown was inadvertent at Centennial High School and no threat was present. (670 KBOI - Boise Local News)
  4. Family members of the Albertson's dynasty are not real happy with plans to build 300 condos near Kathryn Albertson Park. In fact, unless an agreement can be worked out, according to BoiseDev editor Don Day, the park could be taken back from the city and the land returned to the family. (boisedev.com)
  5. If you are one of many taking your dog for a walk in the Boise foothills, the cooler weather is forcing deer and their natural predators down into the valley. CBS-TV news staff have the story of a dog attacked by a coyote. Dog owners are urged to keep their pets leashed and close to them on hikes. (Idaho News)
