- Almost one-quarter of Idaho's lobbyists were fined for filing late reports related to our previous one-day legislative session.
- Boise Target employees will enjoy Thanksgiving at home this year and forever after an announcement from the company early this morning.
- While the search continues in a Fruitland backyard for missing Michael Vaughn, one arrestee has been found mentally unfit to continue court proceedings and is headed to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.

- Here is good news just before we head out for the holiday drive. CBS2 news staff report the average price for gas fell last week in Boise by 3.8 cents per gallon. Fueling up your vehicle will now average $4.21 per gallon with one station in Boise now selling gasoline for under four dollars. Boise is still above the state average of $4.17 per gallon. - The holidays are a busy season for many, and some things are forgotten. Apparently, this is true for state lobbyists also. The IdahoCapitalSun's Kelcie Mosely-Morris writes Idaho Secretary of State’s office issued fines to 91 lobbyists for filing late reports after the one-day session of the legislature on Sept. 1. The reports were due Oct. 15 with 23 percent of lobbyists filing late. (idahocapitalsun)
- Here is an early holiday present for all Target employees and future Target employees. TasteOfHome's Melany Love writes the super store announced Monday that all stores, including those in Boise, will be closed on Thanksgiving forever. Target released the news to employees in an announcement Nov. 22. Shoppers can be back in the aisles on the following day, Black Friday. (tasteofhome)
- A woman arrested in connection with the disappearance of Michael Vaughn has been found mentally unfit to continue in court proceedings and she has been transferred to custody of the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare for treatment. KTVB-TV staff write Sarah Wondra appeared Monday morning for a status conference. Arrested Nov. 12, Wondra was one of the occupants of a house on Redwing Street in Fruitland that investigators began searching a day earlier related to the disappearance of Vaughan, who was 5 years old when last seen in his Fruitland neighborhood in July 2021.
